  :    Bird Construction has been providing construction services in Canada to a long list of new and repeat clients since 1920.

 The Problem

Hired to rollout Bird's VDC operations in Ontario, working on multiple projects and collaborating with design and construction teams. 

 

 The Solution

Tasks completed include:

● BEP creation following EIR, AIR and ISO 19650 standards and implementation using Plannerly.
● VDC Team building and management.
● BIM tools and workflow mentoring.
● Coordination reporting and construct-ability reviews using Revizto.
● Assisting with model takeoff quantities for the estimating team.
● Developing the 4D planning workflow.
● On-boarding and management of new hires.
